It's getting real

This will be in the Ladue News ahead of us going on the market.  We are already getting inquiries about letting buyers through the house before the list date.  Let's hope this means someone will be interested enough this time to buy it.
We have a busy time coming up, getting the house painted, windows and carpets washed and whole place cleaned.  Ready for photos on 2/16 and launch date on 2/26

Schedule for our # 3 effort at selling....

• Photographer (Tara McLain), will photo shoot 2/16/2015 in the afternoon would be best because the sun would be behind the photographer when shooting the front of the home

• First day on market - 2/26/15
• First Open House - 3/1/15
