The house has been on the market for 5 days now. We have had 6 showings-one was a return visit, one didn't even come in the house, but still more interest than during the whole 4 months we had the house for sale before. Sam said it's hard not to get upset when people don't immediately love your house, but we have always said everyone loves the house and hates the street. We even call people who come with agents "street haters". We got the usual feedback from the last two

Answer: Unfortunately, the buyer did not want to go into the house. She did not like the street at all or the very noisy motorcycle. It has a nice exterior just the most expensive on the block I imagine. Thank you and sorry we had to cancel.
